The new legal regulations on whistleblower protection prompted ARKIL to explore the market for a suitable digital whistleblowing system.
After a short, thorough research, the company decided on the whistleblowing system from otris software.
“It was important to us that the new system fulfilled the legal requirements, was easy to use and had low costs,” says Andreas Tusch, IT department manager of the ARKIL Group, summarising the main requirements. In addition, it was important to the IT managers that the system could be implemented quickly and integrated into the existing structures in an uncomplicated way.

In use, the system impresses with its ease of use and good overview. Users immediately understand all the important basic functions.
The system answers the most important questions in a largely self-explanatory way: What happens when a new tip is received? How am I informed? How do I process the tip? How do I close a case after processing it? The system guides the user to process notices in accordance with the law and warns of upcoming deadlines. “Uncomplicated, secure and good value for money,” is how Andreas Tusch sums up the features of otris whistleblower and adds: “We are completely satisfied with the otris whistleblowing system.”
